Krista's Scentsational Journey

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Krista Mooney. I am a third-generation Huntington resident. I graduated from Walt Whitman High School in 2003 and currently live in South Huntington with my husband, Ryan, also a 2003 Whitman grad, and our two kids. Our daughter, Elliot, is in sixth grade in the same district I attended, and our son, Jake, is in fifth grade. My mom also lives with us, and we are so incredibly lucky to have our built-in "Nonnie."

I started working at Scentsational when I was a sophomore in high school and have remained actively involved in the store ever since.

This March 2024, I took a significant step by purchasing the business from its original owner, my longtime boss and friend, Sarah Coulson. Over the last 20+ years, I have likely met many of you, but if we haven't had the chance to meet yet, please come in and introduce yourself. I look forward to many more years of making Scentsational a place we all know and love.
